MultiplepositiveCOVID-19caseswerereportedinShanghaiafterapreliminarywarningwasurgentlysentonAugust3rdtoalltheexhibitorsagainstpossiblepostponementofCCE.Overthesedaysthereafter,weconstantlyrequestedinstructionsfromShanghailocalauthority,andconsultedwithShanghaiWorldExpoExhibitionandConventionCenter(SWEECC)inanin-depthmanner,thusdecidewithseriousconsiderationofopinionsfromallsidesthat:
